HBO's The Last of Us

Is anyone catching up with HBO's TV adaptation of The Last of Us? What do you think of the show so far? Opinions on the cast?

Although I had my doubts during the cast reveal, I am so far impressed by the performances of Pedro Pascal and Bella Ramsey! The show really pulled me back to when I was binge-watching gameplays of the video game back in 2013 (and now, as an adult, watching the show really brings out the nostalgia). I really missed seeing Joel and Ellie

From someone who watched the show without playing the game and was hyped by the game-lovers, I'd say that it is pretty great but a bit overhyped. Especially when it comes to pacing in the few last episodes. Also the

part where Joel just massacred a hospital is quite unbelievable considering his action scenes in the prev eps. It'd definitely be more believable in a game where he kill a bunch of people all the time so I kinda get it.
