does anyone know why this keeps happening when i try to watch an ad for sb points? i already waited 24 hours to claim sb points again…..

Try Clearing your Browser Cache. It is one of the solution and has worked for many people. You can also try using other browser. Also, if still the issue persists you will have to wait as this issue is under Investigation
