Due to a recently submitted report that none of these decade old mods work, I investigated.

My finding is this - all three (3) work.
Tested on my Zeki Android 4 and on VM Android 4 emulator.
I believe the issue to be one of understanding.
The Books are universal architecture but the API is for Android 4 the standard a decade ago.
