If you forgot your password or username, or you can’t get verification codes, follow these steps to recover your Google Account. That way, you can use services like Gmail, Photos, and Google Play.

Tips:

  • Wrong guesses won’t kick you out of the account recovery process. There's no limit to the number of times you can attempt to recover your account.
  • If you use an account through your work, school, or other group, these steps might not work. Check with your administrator for help.
  • To recover an account for a child under 13 (or the applicable age in your country) you can reset your child's password.

Avoid account & password recovery services
For your security, you can't call Google for help to sign into your account. We don’t work with any service that claims to provide account or password support. Do not give out your passwords or verification codes.

Almost all of us have Google accounts jam-packed with personal data, whether our emails, contacts, appointments, or text messages. So, when we lose access to our Google account, it has the potential to be an earth-shuddering disaster in the making. But there’s no need to have a nervous breakdown just yet, though. You can take various recovery steps to recover a Google account and regain control of your data to stay secure online.
QUICK ANSWER
Recovering a Google account depends on how you lost it in the first place. If you forgot your password, that's easy to fix. If you were hacked, things just got a lot more complicated, but not impossible. Everything revolves around the Google account recovery link.

When my dad passed away, I had both his user account and password, but Googles damn two-step security demanded I respond to a text on my dads phone... the one buried with him.
I spent weeks jumping through hoops, lawyer speaking to Google, funeral home sending copy of death certificate, court sending copy of my now owning the computer. In the end, Google said, without the phone to very (the correct user/password) there was nothing they could do.
May you have better luck.

Thank you for the respond. It's a little more complicated , my password and everything is correct ,my problem is that I do not have the phone number I use anymore for two step verification ,and the email address it wants to use for two step verification is the same as the account I can't get into ,somehow the email address that I originally had for two step verification has been removed but that email address I linked two step verification for this email address and I can't get into that either so I have been hacked but nobody has been using either account. If I should delete the account will u be able to create a new account using that email address again?
