Hello guys. I'm Virgi. I'm new here. Yesterday I just 500 sb points from the chrismas meme prize. I used it to download a game here and got the game just fine. But when I try to download another game, I just realized the points are gone. I dont have anymore points. Can somebody help me with this?

Have you tried going to "Transaction" and see if there's anything wrong?

Wait a minute. Isn't Christmas Meme Prize only available for member registered before 25th of December?

Hello @VirgiAzhari , I noticed you joined yesterday and the Christmas gift is only for user registered before 25th. So there is no way you can get the gift. Also there is nothing logged on your transaction history.
