✅ Solved Insufficient privilige?

So there is a game I want to download from the forum and it requires me to either "like" or reply to the thread. I cannot do either because the Like button is missing and where the reply box is usually found, an error message is showing "insufficient privilige to reply". What do I have to do? I found a guy with a level below commenting his downloaded game worked fine. So is this a bug or something else? Thank you.
