Try rebooting your smartphone. Sometimes there's an error about "In-App Purchases not available" and it's caused by some cache problems. This should help, otherwise you'll need to reinstall (once more) the game, after uninstalling the current one, rebooting your device and NOW installing the game.

Having the same problem - game says scrubbing the Mosasaurus then it crashes. Will try rebooting the phone.

I just tried this but won't work because there is a new update. 1.8.35. It will not open for me. Do I still need to uninstall all Facebook apps before installing JW?
