Limbo is a puzzle-platform-horror game developed by Playdead and originally released for Xbox 360 on July 21, 2010.
Limbo is a puzzle game with very simple gameplay. In this game we will use a child character around the age of 6-7 years who is not named on an adventure in a forest filled with danger.

Review:
When we first play this game, we will immediately be presented with the boy's character waking up in a forest, we immediately enter the game and take over the boy's character. Yes, without a tutorial and only presented a brief explanation of the controls of this game.

To move the child, we can swipe or stroke (or whatever it is called) the left side of our cellphone screen while the right side of our cellphone screen is useful for the child to jump. Touch and swipe the right part of your phone screen if you want the boy to jump. Another control is that you can hold, push, or pull an object by touching and holding it on the right side of your phone's screen. In Limbo there is no virtual button that is displayed, the only virtual button that is there is the pause button in the upper left corner of the screen, it doesn't always appear but we have to press it first in that section to bring up the pause button. Less simple, simple, and minimalist let alone Limbo control.

Checkpoints in this game are also not visible and there are no notifications, so we don't know whether we have reached the checkpoint or not. We can only know after our character dies and comes back to life from the last checkpoint we passed.

In Limbo there is no life limit so you can die as many times as you want, ten times, a hundred times or maybe a thousand times. You might think it will be very easy to finish this game because there is no death limit. Wait, this game is not easy to complete even with unlimited lives. Because this game is not about how much you die but how smart your brain is to solve this game because that's what puzzle type games are made for. Try it, for the first time playing this game at least you will die 40-50 times or maybe more for people who have never played puzzle games and more often play fist fights, races or war games.

The gameplay of this game is indeed very simple and uncomplicated even without a tutorial but don't worry you will start to master it if you have played this game often.

Even though the gameplay is simple, Limbo knows how to make simplicity into fun. When someone downloads a puzzle game what they want is a game that drains their brains and Limbo does it. The minimalistic gameplay is supported by puzzles that are guaranteed to keep you challenged. The slightest thing must be considered in Limbo, pay attention to all parts of your cellphone screen because that's where sometimes the answer to completing challenges in Limbo is. Not only do you have to focus on what appears and happens on your phone screen, but the timing for doing something in Limbo also has to be very carefully considered. Sometimes running is not the answer in Limbo.

What's interesting here is that although the controls are simple, your finger speed will still be tested. In addition, vision, reflexes, brain, logic, and speed are things that will be tested in Limbo.

Would you recommend this to other users? Overall, Limbo game is one of the best puzzle-mystery-horror games currently available. Not complicated, simple, cool graphics, can be played on mobile phones with minimal specifications, challenging, and of course scary. The absurdity of the story in this game is not a drawback for Limbo, it add mystery in this game.
