A story-based game, set in the Love Island universe. it is the second game in the series, and includes seasons 4, 5, and the ongoing 6th season.

Review:
This edition of the game is a huge step down from the previous one, albeit it looks just slightly more polished (at the cost of the appeal of the MC's appearance in season 5, that is). The gameplay, graphics and most importantly, the storyline, are a huge letdown in season 4 & 5, with the ongoing season 6 showing more promise than its predecessors within this edition, but I'll hold my tongue till the full season is out. Despite all of this, I do enjoy the gameplay and the format as a whole, and contrary to how my review so far makes it seem, I wasn't miserable while playing the game haha. That being said, I wonder how much of it nostalgia and my own liking for these kinds of games and format. As enjoyable as the interactive storytelling is, this game can become somewhat repetitive after extended play. The limited variety of tasks and challenges can lead to a sense of monotony, especially for players who have experienced the prequel. Additional mini-games or more diverse activities would add depth to the gameplay and prevent it from feeling stale. Despite there usually being a queer love route, it's always been limited to one, if at all. More queer representation would be good and keep the game interesting. Perhaps even a queer route or two for characters besides my own. Overall, if you like this format and can look past the drop in quality enough to pass the time with this game, go for it by all means!

Would you recommend this to other users? I gotta keep it real, there are a few things to keep in mind. Sometimes, the game can feel a bit repetitive with the same tasks over and over. there's a pretty decent and engaging community around the game, and that adds to the experience in my opinion. Overall, if you're into romance games and don't mind some quirks, give Love Island The Game 2 a shot. It's got its strengths, and despite a few downsides, it's a pretty entertaining ride!
