An Introvert audiobook reader forced out of her comfort zone is forced to work with a untrusting author
Review:
The book speaks about Reese Walker who is an Audio Book reader, she is an introvert that barely leaves the her apartment, barley contacts anyone excluding her friend David and her sister Lauren unless its an emergency, she also has a neighbor called Judith and she is so sweet and is keen on watching over and taking care of Reese despite Reese barely giving her any attention which breaks my heart sometime and made me laugh at some points in the book
Lauren is in rehab despite being the older of the sisters she seems like the less responsible one (I am not trying to make her out to be a bad person she is not) and now Reese has to pay the stay bill which has to be paid within weeks because Reese did not check the mail for a while
The former event lead her to her being forced to do a Job in New York (she lives in Chicago) for a book by a lesbian author known as Arden Abbott she got the interview thanks to her friend David in New York despite thinking that she messed up the interview she actually got the job
Arden needs book that is being turned into an audio book to be perfect because it is of extreme importance to her and because of she is trying to clear her name after some incident that happened in the past and it also has another kind of importance that you would find out about while reading the book
They both need each other to fulfill what they are in New York for and for other personal needs and through this book you will fall in love with them and sometime wish to have or never have a neighbor that is equally invasive and protractive and loving as Judith
Would you recommend this to other users? Yes I enjoyed the Book and loved the ups and downs of it it was a fun and short journey you can also understand a bit the mindset of an introvert
I consider myself as one so I feel Reese on many levels
Rating(1-5):
