this game cannot be modded as far as my Knowledge goes because the app isn't exactly a game. it's a mirror of Jeu d'enquêtes criminelles réalistes (Sorry for the external link staff but it was necessary and don't worry as it's the original site of the developers).so basically you need to hack the web based game or their website to be able to hack it.
