A very easy and casual mobile game in Pokemon franchise. It is about jump competitions between Magikarp. Magikarp described as weakest Pokemon ever, but it can jump very high.

Magikarp is known as the weakest and most useless pokemon of all. His signature Splash attack doesn't do anything. And in all other Pokemon games Magikarp is caught only because it evolves into a powerful and strong sea serpent Gyarados.
However, many descriptions of Magikarp says that Magikarp can jump so high that it can jump over a mountain. This aspect of high jumping was taken as the basis for the mobile game Pokémon Magikarp Jump
First of all, I want to praise the game's graphics — a simple but charming visual style, bright colors, eye-pleasing animations.
The game consists of two parts: growing your Magikarp by feeding and training it, and competing with other Magikarp in different leagues to find out who jumps higher. Other Magikarp, however, belong to NPCs, you can't compete with other people. But even without multiplayer, playing Pokémon Magikarp Jump is very fun.
In addition to the Magikarp itself, there are other Pokemon in the game that will help or hinder you. Among the possible assistants there are well-known Pokemon from first generation - Pikachu, Meowth, Charizard, Slowpoke, Bulbasaur. But also newcomers from the seventh generation, like Litten and Popplio.
Suddenly arriving Pidgeotto or exploding Voltorb can ruin your plans, and you will be forced to catch new Magikarp and start feeding and training it again from the scratch.
The evolution of Magikarp (in this game specifically) will not lead to anything good — after becoming Gyarados, your Pokemon will no longer be able to take part in jumping competitions and you will have to catch a new Magikarp to replace it and raise it all over again.
A special feature of this game is 31 different colors and patterns Magikarp can have in addition to its usual red color and very rare gold color. There are black, grey, purple, violet, blue, peach and many other Magikarp colors in this game.
The weak point of the game is: way too much things is random. Food for Magikarp is chosen randomly. Training for Magikarp is also selected randomly. And in the case of training, the random is triggered twice - first with the type of training, then with its success. Different events may or may not occur accidentally, you can't control them.
I think if it all depends on the player actions (for example on the frequency of tapping on the screen) - it'd be more interesting game to play.
The obvious advantage of this game is the lack of ads and not excessive donate system. You can complete the game without paying a penny.
Would you recommend this to other users? I definitely would recommend this game to other users, especially Pokemon fans. I want to express my joy that such good games as Pokémon Magikarp Jump even exist. Pokémon Magikarp Jump is not only a good mobile game, but it also just a good game. It is high quality and fun.
