When you have an apk to remove its ads, does the effect still persist even when LP is deleted?

Once you use LP as a mod, it becomes a pre-modified apk. Both you and whoever downloads the apk will depend on the LP to work.

Answer is yes. If you patched for No Ads it will work even if there is no LP.
