Installation steps :to Download Location, Install Apk, Extract Data Zip File, Paste the Location of Internal Storage/Android/Data Paste it. Extract Obb Zip File, Paste the Location of Internal Storage/Android/Obb Paste it.

Samsung Galaxy running Android 13.
I install the app, data, and obb.

I run app from behind firewall as described and get the license error as detailed.

I then open firewall for game and reconnect as detailed.

However, I get the same license error.
I look for the game on internet and find it removed from PlayStore.
I check blogs for why and on Reddit I find thread.
Although this is last version, the company shut down the Resawnables server to make way for Respawnable 2. Because they did not bother to warn anyone, PlayStore won't accept them any more.
A method for making to work without the initial online check is discussed briefly on GameGuardian website. Unfortunately, GG is for Rooted only devices.
A new patched apk is required to make any of this work as true fully offline, and not just kill connection, kill the verify and checks.
Also, to save much headache for users, an XAPK containing all files and single install would be improvement over app, data, obb method, especially on devices after Android 11.

As such, this game does not work unless new offline patch can be made to ignore removed server and license check.
