Name of the movie you are reviewing: Snow White and the Magic Mirror (1994) (mid spoilers)
The all known classical Snow White tale in a more comedic, different way.
Review:
In a year where the Disney movies ripoffs where everywhere, this movie tried to be more original instead of just copy-pasting a Disney movie but with much less care and effort.
The writing is surprisingly good for a short movie that is mostly meant to entertain kids;
I was surprised to find references to a various movies, including horror, and the magic mirror was pretty funny without being too over the top. Even small characters like the huntsman and the queen manage to have their personality and is pretty enjoyable to watch.
Snow White as the lead is alright, she doesn't have too much personality, but still manages to be pretty funny and I found her likeable, and her interactions with the dwarves were funny.
There are some songs in the movie but none of them are overbearing or obstruct the plot of the movie, but they aren't the greatest thing either.
The animation is may not be the greatest thing, and overall, it's still a kids movie so it may not be that interesting to search and watch by yourself, but if you have kids or are babysitting and need something to watch, you may have some laughs along with the kids.
Would you recommend this to other users? If you have kids that need to be entertained or have nothing to watch and like animates movies, is definitely worth a watch, and much better that it may look at first glance, so give it a try
