Suggestions for similar games like Zombie Waves

Hi there y'all!

I am looking for a game that is rogue like, bullet hell, with horde of enemies, that you get experience and level up and every level you get prompts you with three possible upgrades.

I prefer if the game has been modded or has a patch for getting infinite gems.

Your title says that you are looking for games similar to Zombie Wave,
however, you go on to say you are looking for a rogue like, bullet hell, and continue to add you want a game mod.
Zombie Waves is an action shooter and nothing like a rogue like game. You can learn about roguelikes HERE and HERE.
Bullet Hell does make some games they call rogue-like but again are not.
