Hi everyone, I’m having trouble with The Sims 4 Mobile on my Samsung S23 running Android 14. Specifically:
• Version: 2.45.0
• Problem: The game sometimes crashes showing Error 502.
• What I’ve tried:
Clear cache & data
Reinstall app
Disable background apps
• Logs / screenshots: Attached screenshot of error popup.
Goal: I want the auto-savstop crashing. If someone has a step-by-step fix, safe workaround, or knows a tweak/setting that resolves this, I’ll follow the instructions and post my results.
