Review:
This game is cheap but most importantly the history in this games is really really beautiful, its just like make me read a history novel that is awesome. This game is graphic is a bit dull but understandable for an indie developer standard. Music is decent yet lack variety. Interface is simple and for RoTK fan probably won't need a tutorial. (For new gamer to the series a guide is still needed). A few bugs and crush still remaining but with constant daily updates it's been getting better and better.
Achievement hunters beware this game aim to have you play hundreds of hours in multiple sessions so getting 100% will be super hard. I really like the game so far, these guys are doing a great job. This is the best game of the Three Kingdoms period that is not made by KOEI. The Total War games focus too much on warfare and not enough on domestics. This is not the case here. Last Warlord is a made-in-china product about chinese history, and thus has deeper understanding of the time period the game is also quite creative in many ways. If you like the older of the Romance of the Three Kingdoms series you will love this game! This game is exactly like the 5 first games of the series but in modern graphic. Today Romance of the Three Kingdom series are more dialogue and heroes turn base game, this "Three Kingdoms: The Last Warlord" is like the old one: pure strategic and management. It's another manner to conquer the Three Kingdoms!
