The first is the most recent -- a filing now deemed "MOOT" by the judge as shown at the bottom of this email, after she dismissed my federal case altogether a day or two ago. This filing will interest you because it is chock full of "hot links" to background evidence, just as my APPENDIX A connected to my original filing of COMPLAINT. See this last document as my filing in the lower federal court in South Dakota for a Motion for Unsealing of the Record," which has been rendered "moot" by this federal judge dismissing my case altogether. This document however tells the details about my being systematically "canned" or "contained" and silenced

The second is a link that should access the entire hierarchy of files that I have filed with the federal court .... which were all dismissed as if my plight means nothing whatsoever to these judicial usurpers. Please verify these links work for you before forwarding. Also, note that once the file opens up, it is NOT helpful to paste the URL from the open file.
