Trying to play gta 3 4 or 5 on HTC Desire

The package cannot be parsed message comes every time after waiting for a 903 mb file ..
What where can I locate the real mod for GTA 3 Vice City with unlimited Money ..If you can stop the frustration I am having please do feel free to by leaving a direct way with instructions on how to get it working ..Thank you from the one Who Cares .
