I only have 30 hearts and dont see how to get more?

Just play the romantic quests. You can see it at the right top (the trophy) after finished the quest you will get 2-5 hearts.

First uninstall Facebook Application from your device then try logging in to your Facebook account through a browser

Just play the romantic quests. You can see it at the right top (the trophy) after finished the quest you will get 2-5 hearts.

Is there any other way to get unlimited hearts?
It seems that I have to play through to get those hearts.

Yuph, you need to play it through to get the hearts. As far as i know there's no mod for unlimited hearts. And you only can find the mod for unlimited keys in here.
