It is a choice based simulation novel. It is the third book in the VERSUS series. It is honestly the most exciting.

Review:
After years of waiting the third installment of the VERSUS trilogy was released around this time last year. It is honestly the most interesting as it incorporates all the varying storylines you can follow in the first two installments. Long hidden secrets scattered in the first two books are uncovered and a lot of the story's lore and characters' back stories explained. At this point in the story the main character has fully mastered her power to absorb the abilities of other beings and she believes this is the key to discovering an ancient being shrouded in mystery who was confirmed to be one of the participants in the VERSUS planets contests. The main character believes that this mysterious creature is the saviour of her home planet which is at a constant war with the Bominate as long ago it is said this saviour (Dhanthik) landed on their planet, wiped out a large group of Bominate with one blast of his pure energy then vanished. The game is very immersive and is sure to have players glued to it due to the many turns, mysteries and suspense throughout the game. It is a fulfilling experience to finish the game, unlocking all its secrets and finally living whatever life you desire for the main character. This epic conclusion is fitting after the roller coaster of emotion which were the first two books. It is by far Zachary Sergi's greatest work. The text based choice formart of the game makes the game arguably more fun as it opens a broad range of possible endings for the game. The main character has undergone a full story arch from the beginning of the trilogy when she was mysteriously teleported to the planet VERSUS and forced to participate in its tournament, a series of intense gladiatorial battles to the death. The main character must succeed in surviving these fatal tournaments whose participants are determined by a vote while still searching for Dhanthik (the saviour) through her full absorb power which she must use on almost every other participant to uncover the hidden saviour of her home world. The game is made further engaging through the MemoryTravel power that enables the main character to experience the lives of other prisoners of the planet by reliving their pasts. The task of surviving and weaving through the intricate political game the tournament the main character must contend with her main antagonist, Empress Vaccus of the Bominate, who has managed to turn some of the main characters friends against her. A great deal of this last part of the trilogy involves the main character defining herself giving the player to chose not only the path the main character will take but also determine who she'll take it as.

Would you recommend this to other users? Yes, also I would like to recommend players to first play the first two books for the best possible experience.
