Now can you rephraise it a little better? It said why it's happening in the screenshot so how long has it been since you last watching ads?

When this situation occurs, the following steps are to be taken: 1. Make sure 24 hours have passed since your last try > 2. disable ad blockers and privacy trackers > 3 clear your browser's cookies and cache > 4. try on another browser.
