This game is one of my favourite choose-your-own-adventure game title from hosted games. The plot is really well written and the author still updated the game pretty often, one of the most clear disadvantage to this game is obviously that it's still no where near finished yet, and probably for the future. The author is pretty insistent on finishing it and he'll make the upcoming chapters free if you already bought the previous chapters.
The amount of words in this one is simply staggering, probably the most i've ever seen and with a lot of replayablity as well. The author gives you a lot of room to roleplay, he also gives you a lot of meaningful choices that will definitely change you, your environment and people around you.
He also developed an incredibly robust and somewhat complicated stats, skill and crafting systems. It might be enjoyable for some people like me, feeling challenged to remember what i need and plan ahead accordingly, so i know what i need and what i should watch out for. But i can see this becoming a problem for most people. Agonizing over allocating your personal stats and skills, while remembering things you would need to craft something that you may need.
Would you recommend this to other users? All in all though, the game's incredibly solid and I can't fully expressed my fondness of this game through this review. It's incredibly satisfying going through each background and choosing different options to see how people react. There are some flaws that i've mentioned however, so i cannot give this a full marks, but its incredibly close
