Just found this glitch myself to turn off the monitor in JC3 on the Xbox one, idunno with other consoles.
1. activate a monitor
2. wait for the timer to hit zero and directly press the next monitor
3. if done correctly the heat up will rise up and with 1 monitor activated and no timer at all
4. Now you can wait for the heat to be gone and take you take to disable them or in the heat of action.
Simple glitch and works for me
