Virus alert for iPhone and Apple users, some devices need to be updated immediately: the complete list.
Apple products have always been considered safe and reliable but in the last period there has been a virus alarm that is causing concern. This, in fact, would seriously jeopardize the information of users using iPhone.

This spyware was intercepted by Kaspersky experts who highlighted how this virus exploits the flaws present in iMessage and in the Apple system, iOS. Which is why, once inside the device, hackers would have full access to all the information present.
As we can guess, the situation is decidedly hot and dangerous and for this reason some devices must be updated as soon as possible.
Dangerous spyware affects iPhone and Apple devices: which devices to update
Kaspersky computer researchers not only communicated the presence of spyware on iPhones and Apple devices but also explained how this unwelcome intrusion would occur.
According to the report drawn up, it would occur an acquisition of root privileges on Apple devices through a vulnerability in the system. At that point, the hackers would go and install a platform called “TriangleDB“. This system would go to work on the memory of the device so as to recover all the information. Furthermore, this plant would be able to erase all traces of its passage.
On June 22, Apple released updates to improve system vulnerabilities. All devices will need to be updated but only a few have been most affected by this issue.
iPhone, the models most involved
The list was compiled by Bleeping Computer:
- iPhones: from 8 to later models, first generation iPhone 6s, 7 and SE;
- iPads All Pro models, iPad Air 3rd generation and later, iPad 5th generation and later, iPad Mini 5th generation and later, iPad Air 2, iPad mini 4th generation;
- iPods: the seventh generation touch version;
- Mac: device running macOS Big Sur, Ventura, and Monterey;
- Apple Watch: Watch Series version 4 and above, Watch Series 3 and Series SE.
Anyone in possession of one or more devices on the list must proceed immediately with the update to avoid unpleasant situations to say the least. Spyware, when it comes to the iPhone, is not the only danger to watch out for but the device could also spy on the user due to some active functions. In the event that you feel spied on, it would be advisable to proceed with an adequate deactivation.
