Have you already done all your Christmas shopping? It’s not too late to pick up a gift for yourself and others, so here are the best smartphone deals (and some accessories) we’ve found.
Amazon has a big Samsung promotion with cashback of up to £250. It’ll last until December 22, so you’ve got this week to pick your favourites.
Starting with the main trio of Samsung Galaxy S24, it comes with a £200 cashback. If you can’t decide which one is right for you, check out our comparison articles: Galaxy S24 vs. S24+ and Galaxy S24+ vs. S24 Ultra.

There’s also the Samsung Galaxy S24 FE, which gets a slightly lower cashback of £150. Read our Galaxy S24 FE vs. posts. S24+ and S24 FE vs. S24 if you need help deciding if FE is the best option.

The largest cashback amount is for Samsung’s two foldables, Galaxy Z Fold6 and Z Flip6. The Z Fold also comes with a discount, which helps bring its price close to £1,000.

We’re not done. Both the Samsung Galaxy A35 and A55 are offered with a £75 cashback and come with a free Galaxy Fit3.

For more serious health and activity tracking, check out the Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra and the Galaxy Watch7. The Ultra is more expensive, even combining discount and refund, it is also bulkier but more robust and with a longer-lasting battery. The Watch7 is smaller (particularly the 40mm variant) and Prime Student subscribers can get an additional £25 off.

An alternative to wristwatches is the Galaxy Ring. It can replace a watch to some extent (it has more limited capabilities, of course) or complement it: the Wearable and Health apps let you wear the watch during the day and the ring at night with 24/7 tracking 7.

Samsung’s TWS earbuds are also part of the deal. The Galaxy Buds 3 Pro have a higher cashback amount, bringing their price closer to that of the Buds 3, and we think the Pro is worth the small premium.

Last week there was an excellent offer on the old OnePlus 11 (it’s now over, unfortunately). For comparison, we listed the price of the OnePlus 12 and it was £750 for the 12/256GB model and £830 for the 16/512GB one. We checked again and prices have dropped significantly – the 16/512GB model is down to £700 (£130 less than last week!). The 12/256GB model has a smaller discount and is not a good deal. Check out our post OnePlus 12 vs. Galaxy S24 Ultra to know how the phone compares to Samsung’s flagship.

The price of the OnePlus 12R has also dropped, now costing £500, £50 less than last week.

If that’s still too much, the OnePlus Nord 4 might be a better choice with its stunning aluminum unibody and £370 price tag for the 12/256GB model. We’d recommend spending a little more (just £30) to get the 16/512GB model. Last week the Nord 4 cost £400/£480, so this is another notable drop in price.

The Xiaomi 14 Ultra packs an impressive set of cameras. More impressive than the Galaxy S24 Ultra? We compare the two in our post Xiaomi 14 Ultra vs. Galaxy S24 Ultra.

Finally a folding flip that rivals the Samsung offering: the Xiaomi Mix Flip. It has the same Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset and a 47mm 50MP tele camera instead of an ultra-wide one (both have 50MP main cameras). The battery is much larger (4,780 mAh versus 4,000 mAh) and faster (67W wired-only versus 25W/15W).
