Review by OnePlus Pad 3

Introduction

OnePlus created his name by offering flagship performance that have reduced its key competitors and OnePlus Pad 3 is no exception. As a sequel of OnePlus Pad 2 last year, everything comes out on the hardware front with an even larger display, the last peak Qualcomm chipset and a higher capacity battery.

This is all obtained in a thinner aluminum body, which now measures only 6 mm and OnePlus has also added an updated eight speaker configuration.

OnePlus Pad 3 is built around 13.2 -inch LTPS LTPS with a resolution of 2,400 x 3.392px and a quick update frequency of 144Hz. Also get support for the optional pen OnePlus Stylo 2.

Pad 3 is part of a rare breed of flagship Android tablets that show off the last elite chipset of Qualcomm Snapdragon 8. There are not many lists out there that can say that they offer the best chipset and should be completely unleashed in this large form factor.

The cameras remain unchanged from the previous generation with an 8 MP front camera and a 13 MP main shooter with 4K video recording on the back. We are pleased that OnePlus went with a less intrusive look this time and opted for a more discreet Bump in the corner than the previous OnePlus bearings and their greatest circular clippings.

There are a total of 8 speakers aboard Pad 3. As for connectivity, you get Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4, but there are still no GPS or cell connectivity.

OnePlus Pad 3 is equipped with an updated 12,140 mAh battery, which is a nice push compared to its predecessor. Even the charging support is updated and now supports speeds up to 80 W.

Oneplus Pad 3 Ships with Oxygenos 15 based on Android 15 with OnePlus at the suite powered by Google Gemini. Get the usual series of features, including the circle for research, as well as the translation, the summary, the writing and the assistant of the speakers.

Unboxing the OnePlus Pad 3

Oneplus Pad 3 arrives in a premium white box with the usual reds OnePlus accents inside. The tablet greets you frontally while lifting the lid, while the lower compartment contains the USB-A to C OnePlus Red and White cable.

We also received the optional intelligent keyboard, which is an extra purchase. At the time of writing, OnePlus is giving Stylo 2 and the custody of the folio with all the purchases of OnePlus Pad 3.
