Galette des Rois is a traditional French dessert, made with puff pastry and frangipane cream, which is eaten every year on January 6, the day of the Epiphany. The Feast of the Epiphany celebrates the arrival of the Three Wise Men in Bethlehem to worship the baby Jesus.
