Battles in scale
The happy exception to boring battles are boss fights. Bosses tend to have major (and often transgressive) attacks on their side. To triumph over these challenges, you need to start thinking strategically. No buttons for big fights!
As an added bonus, these boss fights scale the difficulty quite well. Just like Goku and his friends, you will develop more fighting skills and strategies as time goes by. For example, you will probably fight early battles like Raditz. But when you go up against Freeza or Cell, a Raditz level challenge will be very easy to handle.

Not suitable for beginners
Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot is full of annoying tutorials. However, you rarely get tutorials on things like the skill tree helping you unlock more moves. And we never hold hands when it comes to the lore of these characters and their world.
As a result, you get a game that isn’t very suitable for beginners. Dragon Ball Z newbies will spend a fair amount of time trying to understand some of the story’s rhythms from context. And newcomers to this type of action RPG could spend a fair amount of time figuring out how to level up correctly!
