Final verdict

Warframe is an incredibly well-curated game. Digital Extremes are very responsive to their community – they engage in social media and fix bugs and issues in good time.

The depth of the game is immense and there is so much to do. But it can be a little too gritty. As you strive for more power, missions become repetitive and progression starts to feel like a chore.

Also, the large amount of research and planning to do could be daunting, but if you like gameplay, this is likely to be more fun than work.

I recommend taking it out. Once your Warframe reaches the end game level, you will be able to enjoy new content every time it is released. And there is a lot of new content for a free game.

You don’t need to play Warframe constantly, but it’s really a lot of fun to play with patches.
