Ubisoft is offering players the chance to try Ghost Recon Breakpoint for free this weekend. The special promotion will be available from January 21st to January 25th on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
However, there are some restrictions in place for playing the 2019 game. To access the title on consoles, players will need PlayStation Plus or Xbox Live Gold. This is mainly due to the fact that Ghost Recon Breakpoint is a game that is heavily integrated with online play.
In the meantime, PC players will need to be connected to Ubisoft Connect, Stadia Pro or Epic Games Store to be eligible for the promotion.
All Ghost Recon Breakpoint content will be available to players during the promotion. Any progress made over the weekend will carry over even if users later purchase the title. Ubisoft is also discounting the game by 85% in a sale that lasts throughout the same period.
The title is available to play for free now until Monday, January 25 at 9:01 am PT.
