There was a lot of hype for the PlayStation 2021 Showcase, which was streamed live Thursday night. Fortunately, Sony lived up to the hype. And we’ve got the ultimate roundup of all the top trailers and announcements!

Remake of the Knights of the Ancient Republic

Arguably the show’s biggest announcement was that Knights of the Old Republic is officially receiving a remake. Apart from this official announcement and the fact that the game will be on PS5, we currently have no other information on this early title.

Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 and Wolverine

If you like Marvel games, you are in luck. Insomniac is releasing a sequel to their hit Spider-Man game for PS5 in 2023 where the wallcrawler battles Venom. Additionally, Insomniac is also working on a new Wolverine game, although details about the game are mute.

God of War: Ragnarok

The God of War reboot was a huge hit with fans. And now, after what feels like an eternity of waiting, we have a trailer for the sequel, due out next year!

Abandoned

We don’t know much about Forspoken other than the fact that it combines fast-paced action and intense magical spells. But judging by the trailer, this will be a title worth checking out when it launches next spring.

Tiny Tina’s Wonderland

If you like casting spells, you’ll probably like Wonderlands, which is basically a fantasy spin-off from the hit Borderlands series. Time to mark your calendar – Tiny Tina is unleashing this world of wonders on us on March 25, 2022!

Alan Wake remastered

The fact that Alan Wake is getting a remaster is old news. But this game trailer gets us excited again. It will be released on October 5th.

Unexplored remasters

Speaking of remakes, two Uncharted games (A Thief’s End and Lost Legacy) are in the process of being remastered. You will be able to play them on PS5 and, surprisingly, on PC once they come out next year.

Gran Turismo 7

If you feel the need for speed, you are probably already a huge fan of the Gran Turismo series. If so, the Gran Turismo 7 trailer may be enough to keep you going until the game’s release on March 4, 2022.

Ghostwire: Tokyo

Ghostwire: Tokyo will be released next spring for both PS5 and PC. Aside from the trailer which looks absolutely stunning, it’s unclear what this title will be all about.

Grand Theft Auto V

Grand Theft Auto V, along with GTA Online, will make its PS5 debut in March 2022. Fans are raving about shorter load times, but it’s unclear how much a next-gen console can make this 2013 game better.

That’s it for the biggest announcements and trailers. Which one are you most excited about? Let us know in the comments!
