GPU specific tests have been performed GFXBench it showcases the power of the new ARM Immortalis-G715 which placed second in all on-screen tests just behind the Red Magic 8. The Dimensity also went head-to-head with Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 phones in off-screen tests.

In summary, the Dimension 9200 is a true flagship chipset and a worthy rival to the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. Our benchmarks show it to be around 30% faster in CPU benchmarks than the previous Dimension 9000+ and 20% faster in the GPU department.

The Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 outperforms the Dimension 9200 chip in most cases, but still keep in mind that synthetic benchmarks aren’t indicative of real-world performance. We’re also expecting more Dimensity 9200 phones to launch later this year, and it’ll be interesting to see how they fare in these tests.
