Huawei’s latest foldable comes with up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage. There’s no official word on the chipset used here, but several reports from China suggest that it is the same Kirin 9000 SoC found on the recently launched Mate 60 series devices. It is speculated to be a 5G-capable chip built on SMIC’s 7nm process technology.

The other interesting aspect is the brand new antenna design which is said to offer better signal reception. Huawei’s Lingxi antenna is equipped with an AI algorithm that selects the optimal network ensuring optimal connectivity.
