Instagram has announced a new feature that finally lets users edit comments after they’ve posted them, with the caveat that users only have a 15-minute window to do so. Afterwards, they will not be able to edit their comments.
Another issue is that you can only edit text in comments, so for example, if a comment contains both text and a photo, you can only edit the text.

However, on the bright side, there is no limit to the number of times you can edit a comment on Instagram within 15 minutes of posting it. But it’s worth noting that once you edit a comment, other Instagram users will know that it was edited, as the “Edit” label will appear for edited comments. However, they will not be able to see the version history.
