The next iQOO Neo 7 is going through the stages of a rumored phone. It passed certification with the 3C, revealing its 120W charging, then it was revealed that it had the MediaTek Dimensity 9000+ and now the chipset has been confirmed via Geekbench.

The run reveals that the vivo, model number V2231A, will use MediaTek Dimensity 9000+, as evidenced by the motherboard, k6983v1_64, and the higher clock speed of 3.20 GHz on the main Cortex-X2 core.

Geekbench also reveals that iQOO Neo 7 has 12GB of RAM and runs Android 13.

The display is expected to be a 6.78-inch AMOLED with 120 Hz capability. Vivo may unveil the iQOO Neo 7 as early as this month.
