Vivo’s S20 and S20 Pro are expected to arrive this month, and following a spec leak on the S20 in October, today we have a list of the S20 Pro’s specs.
According to the ever-crowded Digital Chat Station, the S20 Pro has a 6.67-inch 1260×2800 quad-curved LTPS OLED touchscreen, a 50MP selfie camera, a 50MP main rear camera using Sony’s IMX921 sensor, a 50MP ultrawide and a 50MP 3x zoom periscope telephoto lens using Sony’s IMX882 sensor.

The phone will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ SoC, have an in-display optical fingerprint sensor, and a 5,500mAh battery with support for 90W wired charging.
According to the aforementioned leak, the non-Pro S20 will have the same screen and selfie camera, but will be powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC. Curiously, it will have a much beefier 6,500 mAh battery, despite being only 7.19 mm and weighs only 185.5 g.
