This week on Amazon you can claim additional discounts at checkout for select phones, some even have cashback offers, making the final prices surprisingly low.
For example, last year’s Samsung Galaxy S23 was down to £505. However, there’s a £30 discount you get at checkout and £100 cashback. That brings the final price down to £375 for the 128GB model and £425 for the 256GB model.

The Samsung Galaxy S23 FE is in the same boat: a £450 price cut, £30 off at checkout and £100 cashback brings the 128GB model down to £320. Keep in mind that this model uses the Exynos 2200, so unless you want a larger display, we’d go for the regular S23. Note that these deals are valid until July 2.

If you want one of the three Samsung Galaxy S24s, they don’t have regular discounts, but for all three you can claim a £50 discount at checkout. Additionally, the S24 Ultra and S24+ have £200 cashback offers, with the small S24 you can get £150 cashback.

Samsung recently released the Galaxy Watch FE, an affordable smartwatch based on the 40mm Watch4. You can pick up the Galaxy Watch4 instead – it’s down to just £100 for the 40mm 4G version (sorry, no 44mm watches available). And if you’re a Prime Student member, you can get a £20 discount. Of course, the Watch FE is newer and should get software support for longer.

Other phones. The Poco F6 Pro is on sale for a modest £50 off right now, and you can bump that up to £80 at checkout. The vanilla Poco F6 is discounted by £40, and if you go for the 12/512GB variant, there’s an extra £30 off at checkout.

There’s no such offer for the Poco M6 Pro, but the 12/512GB variant is down to just £200. Keep in mind that this is the 4G version of the M6 Pro, but it still has plenty of RAM and storage for £200.

Last week we said the OnePlus 9 Pro is down to £230. Well, now it’s an even better deal: this 2021 flagship is down to just £170. But as we warned last time, it’s run out of all the updates operating system and only has about a year of security patches left. If you run custom ROMs, however, this is a great deal. And if not, we have better options this week.

Fast forward to 2022 with the OnePlus 10T. This should still have one OS update in the tank (which should be Android 15) and will continue to receive security patches until 2026. This is a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 phone for just £210, which is more powerful than a typical mid-ranger in this price range.

But the 10T doesn’t have a lot of RAM or storage (8/128GB). The OnePlus 10 Pro is in the same boat when it comes to updates: it should get Android 15 as the final update, and security patches until 2026. The base 8/128GB variant costs £270, but you can get a 12/256GB version for just £30. Read more.

We’ll wrap up with the start of pre-orders for the Motorola Razr 50 and Razr 50 Ultra. Both phones will be released on July 8. We reviewed the Ultra, and while it has a few flaws, it’s one of the best foldable flips on the market today.
