The new Oppo Find N will arrive in December and the latest rumor suggests that the phone will be the lightest in its class.

According to the popularizer Ice universe, the weight will be less than 240 grams, 15% less than its predecessor. It will also be significantly lighter than competitors such as the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4, Hauwei Mate X2, Xiaomi Mix Fold 2, and vivo X Fold +.

The new Oppo Find N will come with a lightweight body - less than 240 grams

The device will even be lighter than some classic bar phones like the iPhone 13 Pro Max and iPhone 14 Pro Max or the latest 6D Ultimate.

Ice universe suggested that Oppo could use new materials – let’s just hope it doesn’t compromise the excellent structure we loved in the first Find N. However, the bulk and overall weight of the horizontal folds have been a major obstacle to achieving a large adoption and we are happy that it is addressed.

The upcoming Find N2 is expected to have a powerful 50MP main camera setup, 48MP ultrawide, and 32MP 2x telephoto lens, in line with the upcoming OnePlus 11 flagship.

We also expect the phone to stick to the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset and we can only hope this escapes China and is available internationally.
