Xiaomi is ready to bring its Redmi K series back to India with the upcoming launch of the Redmi K50i 5G. Noticed insider Ishan Agarwal confirms that the device is headed to India and expects it to be a rebrand of the Redmi Note 11T Pro launched in China last month. This means that the K50i is expected to carry a Dimensity 8100 chipset along with a 6.6-inch IPS LCD with a 144Hz refresh rate and a 5,000mAh battery with 67W charging.
In terms of cameras, the K50i could launch with a 64MP main shooter along with an 8MP ultrawide module and 2MP depth support. The front should contain a 16MP selfie cam. Based on the new information, Redmi K50i will arrive in Black and Silver colors and 6 / 128GB and 8 / 128GB finishes. Pricing details have not been provided, but we will likely run into more leaks as launch day approaches.
