It was available in France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Switzerland and the UK, so locals who bought one may want to check for updates. The Korean version received a fairly large update on October 31st.
There is also the issue of the Galaxy S10 Lite, but that is on a separate update track and is still receiving monthly security patches. The S10, S10 +, S10e, and S10 5G have quarterly planning instead, so expect their next update to arrive in early 2023.
