While the Galaxy Z Flip6 and Z Fold6 have been in the spotlight for the past couple of weeks, perhaps it’s time to turn our attention to the upcoming Galaxy S25 range, as rumours are likely to intensify in the coming months. One of the leading tipsters on all things Samsung suggests the Ultra will be getting a design overhaul.
In fact, word on the street is that Samsung has already finalized the design of all three members of the Galaxy S25 family. The S25 Ultra is said to have an asymmetrical frame design to help with grip.

The bezel towards the back panel is reportedly more rounded to aid grip, while the front will be straighter. This will also make the bezels thinner, although we’re not exactly sure how this will be achieved. The width of the device will be maintained, and the side bezels will be narrower overall.
This is partly in line with a previous rumor about a design change that circulated in late June.
While this may be a good design choice, we think the main issue when it comes to ergonomics is the S24 Ultra’s sharp angles. They make the device feel much larger than it is, at least compared to other 6.8-inch smartphones.
Either way, it’s a nice change of pace and we can’t wait to see how the new design affects ergonomics and usability.
