Qualcomm has so far launched three chipsets based on the 4nm manufacturing process with the new naming scheme: Snapdragon 8 Gen 1, Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 and Snapdragon 7 Gen 1. Thanks to reliable leakster Evan Blass, we now know that the company will also launch a Snapdragon 6 series chip with the same naming convention, called Snapdragon 6 Gen 1.
Blass leaked the full spec sheet of the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC, which tells us that it is a 4nm chip with part number SM6450. Supports 5G networks and Qualcomm’s Quick Charge 4+ technology.

The Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC consists of a Kryo CPU clocked at up to 2.2 GHz, but we don’t know the number of cores. The chip can support displays with resolution up to FullHD + and screen refresh rate of 120Hz and allows you to take pictures with a 108MP camera.
Smartphones powered by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 will also be able to record 4K HDR video at 30 FPS and slow motion video at 240 FPS. The image shared by Blass states that slow motion video recording at 240 FPS can be done at 270p, which could be a typo and the actual resolution could be 720p. You can check the specification sheet below.

Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 specifications
There is no news from Qualcomm about the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 yet, but we could see it go official alongside the flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip at this year’s Snapdragon Summit, which will be hosted in Hawaii November 15-17. Although we may also see Qualcomm announce it before 8 Gen 2.
