The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold5 and Z Flip5 event is said to take place in late July and now we have a new set of details on the supposed dimensions of the largest foldable phone. Noted informant Ice universe shared dimensions of the Galaxy Z Fold5, which will have a footprint quite similar to its predecessor.
The Z Fold5 will measure 154.9 x 129.9 x 6.1mm when unfolded and 154.9 x 67.1 x 13.4mm when folded. The upcoming device is said to weigh 254 grams, which is 9 grams less than the Z Fold4. The leakster also confirmed that the cover screen on the Z Fold5 will remain at 6.2in. The big change on the Z Fofd5 and Z Flip5 will be the new teardrop hinge mechanism that is said to significantly reduce the foldable screen crease on Samsung’s upcoming foldable devices.
Z Fold5 is expected to be available in beige, black and light blue colors with 256GB, 512GB and 1TB storage options.
