Oppo is gearing up to launch the Reno13 series on November 25, and today we got our first look at one of the phones.
An image of the device’s camera island was posted by Digital Chat Station, which pointed out the design’s similarity to an iPhone 15. Here are the two phones side by side:
Similarities include a transparent rectangular camera island, a seamless mold, and a similar frame design. The Reno13 is clearly slimmer and looks like it will have a third camera.
We must point out that this design is not entirely new. The Oppo Reno9 series featured two main cameras in vertical formation; however, the island was simply a different color rather than a protruding panel. We’re two weeks away from the launch of Reno13, and we expect to learn more in the days leading up to the event.
