The Redmi K90 Max will be fully revealed at the end of this month and today the brand officially confirmed the exact date of the big event: April 21st. Redmi also revealed the main specifications of the device. As already revealed by a recent Geekbench test, the phone is powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500 SoC.
The K90 Max has a screen with a 165Hz refresh rate that supports DC dimming and an 8,550mAh Silicon Carbon battery with an ultra-high silicon content of 16%. Supports 100W wired charging and 22.5W reverse charging.

The brand previously revealed that the K90 Max features the largest fan ever placed in a smartphone, and that the size allows it to lower the internal temperature by 10 degrees Celsius in 100 seconds. Despite the presence of the fan, the device has an IP66/68/69 protection rating for dust and water resistance. According to rumors, the K90 Max features a 6.83-inch display with 1.5K resolution.
