It had been hoped that Samsung would offer support for fast charging up to 65W on its Galaxy S24 Ultra, but a new batch of listings on Chinese agency 3C confirms that won’t be the case. The Galaxy S24 series will retain the 25W and 45W charging speeds of its predecessors with the vanilla Gaalxy S24 (SM-S9210) hitting 25W just like the Galaxy S23.

Samsung Galaxy S24 series listings in 3C database
The Galaxy S24+ (SM-S9260) and S24 Ultra (SM-S9280) will retain the 45W speeds of their predecessors. The new listings confirm that Samsung will continue to offer its flagship phones without chargers in the box. It remains to be seen whether Samsung will opt for integrated battery technology on its S24+ and S24 Ultra, as was rumored earlier this year. In any case, both the S24+ and S24 Ultra are expected to arrive with 5,000 mAh batteries, while the vanilla S24 could also see a slight increase in battery capacity.
