vivo’s next camera flagship for 2026, the X300 Ultra, has been leaked a lot lately, and today the company officially acknowledged that it’s coming soon.
The X300 Ultra will be unveiled live during the Mobile World Congress (MWC), which will be held in Barcelona, Spain, from March 2 to 5. The company is calling this the “first global preview” of the phone, which also seems to confirm that it will be launched internationally and will not remain confined to the Chinese market. It’s been widely rumored before, but it’s nice to have official confirmation, however indirect.

vivo’s press release states that the X300 Ultra represents “its most advanced exploration to date in mobile imaging and videography, building on the company’s continued investments in optical engineering, computational photography, and system-level optimization.”
In addition to the X300 Ultra, vivo will also present the X300, X300 Pro, X Fold5 and V70 series at the MWC booth. The company believes that its presence at MWC “underscores its ongoing commitment to engage more deeply with the global mobile ecosystem and compete at the forefront of the premium segment.” And we can only say that we welcome more competition on a global scale in this space.
