The vivo X90 series consists of three phones: X90, X90 Pro and X90 Pro+, but now we get more information about the upcoming vivo X90S which is expected to debut soon. Based on the rumors, the X90S will be powered by the yet-to-be-announced MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ chipset, which is expected to be introduced on May 10 and we are now getting confirmation via a Google Play Console listing.

The GPC listing confirms that the X90S will be equipped with the MediaTek MT6985 chipset which is believed to be the internal name of the Dimension 9200+ SoC. The listing reveals that it will feature a raw ARM Cortex-X3 core clocked at 3.05Ghz along with 3 Cortex-A715 cores clocked at 2.85GHz and 4 Cortex-A510 cores humming efficiency at 1.8GHz. the GPU side is covered by the ARM Mali G715.
MediaTek’s upcoming chipset recently released a higher Geekbench score than the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. The rest of the listing specs confirm a 1260×2800 px display with a punch hole, 12GB of RAM, and Android 13 on the side firmware.
